Products purchased via EU Store are shipped from our fulfillment partner based in Leusden, Netherlands.
Import duty and local taxes may apply in your country. Dirbie does not cover import taxes and potential customs bills. Customers are personally liable for any fees applied by national customs.

SHIPPING TO THE UK: Parcelforce Worldwide is GLS Network Partner and they handle deliveries of the packages in the UK. All the tracking information will be available under the link you'll receive in the Shipping Confirmation email, but you may also check Parceforce website with the International tracking # (available under the tracking link as well) to get more details on where your package currently is. Once your parcel has been sent you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to the tracking website from where you can follow your product(s) journey to your door step.
