How much is Shipping?

We offer two flat shipping rates:
- Norwegian Orders: 69 kr
- International Orders: 250 kr
Your product will be shipped from Norway within 1-2 working days.
Once your parcel has been sent you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and tracking link.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Norway: 2-5 working days.
UK: 5-10 business days 
Germany: 2-5 business days
Other Europe: 1-14 business days
Rest of the World: 5-21 business days

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy with your Dirbie product, just send it back for a refund or store credit within 60 days of the purchase date.

If you'd like to send your product back for a size exchange, select that option during the return process and note your new preferred size. We’ll automatically ship your new size as soon as your return shipment is registered.

If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange for another product or store credit, select that option during the return process. We'll send you an eGift card, which can be used to place a new order for the product you want in exchange, or as store credit to be redeemed within 3 years.

Returns incur a flat 69 kr return shipping fee.
